Hva betyr feilkoden?
The module keeps watch on the accelerator pedal functions. The code is set when the two accelerator readings are implausible compared with each other.
Mulige årsaker
- Loose contact or contact resistance in the accelerator pedal switch
- Wiring is shorted to earth or supply voltage
- Open circuit in the cable to the accelerator pedal switch
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Clear the code, switch the ignition off and on, and read again to see whether it returns
- 2Check that the connector at the accelerator pedal is secure and not corroded
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the wires to the accelerator pedal switch have no break and are not shorted to earth or supply voltage
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the accelerator pedal
- 5Do not drive longer than necessary with the fault active, as the engine control then cannot rely on the accelerator pedal signals
