Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) checks the drive signal to the pump's changeover valve. The code is set when the control module finds a fault in that signal, and here it is too low. The leakage diagnosis is then interrupted.
Mulige årsaker
- The signal wire is short-circuited to ground
- Open circuit in the signal wire
- Damaged leakage diagnosis pump
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the relevant fuses are intact; see the car's owner's manual for locations
- 2Inspect the connector of the leak diagnostic unit for loose contacts and oxidation
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, activate the changeover valve and listen for a click. If it cannot be heard, the fault is present right now
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to the leak diagnostic unit has no contact with ground and no open circuit
- 5If the fault returns, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the valve and the wiring
