The code concerns valve 1 in the cooling circuit for the drive components of the hybrid, which the engine control module (ECM) monitors all the time. It is set when the signal wire to the valve is shorted or has an open circuit, and then the cooling of the drive components may stop.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the code with a diagnostic tool and check whether it is active or only stored
- 2Check that the fuses are intact; their location is shown in the owner's manual
- 3Look for chafed wiring to the valve where it may have touched positive supply
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the wires to the valve have no contact with positive supply when the connector is unplugged
- 5Have a workshop check the valve if the fault remains, since a mechanical or electrical fault in the valve are possible causes
