The integrated audio module (IAM) has detected that the signal from the microphone is too high. The signal wire is short-circuited to voltage, so the signal becomes too strong for the module.

Short circuit to voltage on the signal wire between the module and the microphone

Hva du kan gjøre

1With the ignition off, check the connectors at the microphone and the module for contact resistance, play and oxidation
2Go through the wire between the module and the microphone and look for chafing or spots where it may have touched a live wire
3Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire has no contact with voltage
4After the work, check that the microphone works and that the fault code does not return
