The infotainment control module (ICM) watches the link to the media player module (MPM). The fault code is set when a fault is registered on that communication, and the media player then stops working.

- A fault inside the media player module (MPM)
- The media player module (MPM) is missing
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the code, clear it and check whether the media player works after a test drive
- 2Check that the audio system fuses are intact; fuse locations are listed in the owner's manual or on the cover of the fuse box
- 3Have a workshop check with diagnostic equipment that the media player module (MPM) is fitted and responds
- 4If the fault is permanent, have a workshop replace the media player module (MPM)
