Hva betyr feilkoden?
The infotainment control module (ICM) talks to the parking camera (PAC) over a composite video signal. The code is set when ICM finds that the video signal from video input B is absent. It is therefore the camera's picture signal that is missing, even though the code is labelled message missing.
Mulige årsaker
- Sync signal from the CVBS video input reaches the control module incorrectly
- Loose connection on the composite video cable (CVBS) where it meets the control module
- Damaged wire running from the control module to the CVBS video input
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses are intact. Their locations are given in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover
- 2Try the camera view with the buttons or controls, or during a short drive, to see whether a picture appears
- 3Check that the connectors at video input B and at the parking camera are fully seated and free from oxidation
- 4Use a multimeter to check the video wire is continuous and not shorted to earth. With a diagnostic tool, run the quick test and see if the code returns
Symptomer du kan merke3
