Hva betyr feilkoden?
ICM tests whether the MMM appears on the approved list held in the CEM. If the serial number does not match, the MMM is blocked and the navigation function is lost. Although the code is labelled navigation control module, it is the multimedia module that is checked. The code is set when the mismatch is detected.
Mulige årsaker
- Replacement with a multimedia module that the CEM list does not approve
- Software not loaded when the multimedia module was replaced
- The software download failed or was incomplete
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses are intact. Their locations are given in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover
- 2If the multimedia module was recently replaced, check that software was loaded. The download is done by a workshop
- 3Check that the connectors to the multimedia module are firmly seated and free from oxidation
- 4If the fault remains after the software download, the multimedia module may need replacing. A workshop should assess this
