Hva betyr feilkoden?
The unlock pull switch on the right front starts a timer when it is activated. If it has been activated for too long, meaning the signal stays high, the code is stored and unlocking of the door may be slow. The code does not say what type of fault it is, but it points to the switch, the handle or the wiring.
Mulige årsaker
- The right front door handle has been held pulled out for an unusually long time
- The switch is damaged
- The signal wire has a short to ground
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2Check that the handle returns to its rest position and is not damaged or held by dirt or ice
- 3With a diagnostic tool, pull the handle out and release it, and watch the live-data switch value go from activated to inactive
- 4With the ignition off, use a multimeter to check that the wire from the switch is not in contact with ground (the body)
- 5Have a workshop replace the switch if the wiring is sound and the fault remains
Symptomer du kan merke1
- The door unlocks with a delay
