Hva betyr feilkoden?
The parking assistance module (PAM) monitors the signal from parking sensor 1. The fault is set when the voltage in the signal wire is too high. It can come from the signal wire or the connectors between PAM and the sensor short-circuiting to voltage, from the sensor itself short-circuiting to voltage, or from an open circuit in the ground wire.
Mulige årsaker
- Short circuit to supply voltage in the signal wire, or in its plugs between PAM and parking sensor 1
- Short circuit to supply voltage in parking sensor 1
- Open circuit in the ground wire, or in the plugs between PAM and parking sensor 1
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Switch off the ignition and check that the connector to parking sensor 1 (outer left rear) is firmly seated and not damaged or corroded
- 2If you have a multimeter: disconnect the connector and measure that the signal wire has no contact with voltage
- 3Have a workshop check the signal and ground wires between PAM and the sensor connector. Replace the parking sensor only if no fault is found in the wiring
