The parking assistance module (PAM) has registered that the internal components of the inner right front sensor are not working. Fault tracing may show that the sensor is damaged and must be replaced, or that the parking assistance module itself has a failure.

- 2Check that the connector to the inner right front sensor is firmly seated and free from oxidation
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, read the fault data for the inner right front sensor and see whether it shows a fault in the sensor's internal parts
- 4This points to a failure inside the sensor; replace the inner right front parking sensor once the other checks are done
- 5If fault tracing points to a failure inside the parking assistance module, have a workshop replace the module and load new software
