Hva betyr feilkoden?
The control module has registered either an open circuit in the cable or voltage on it when the door mirror heater is activated. The heater may then stop working or stay on all the time, and the battery can discharge.
Mulige årsaker
- Open circuit in the signal cable
- Signal cable short-circuited to supply voltage
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the connector at the mirror for oxidation and poor contact
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the signal cable has no open circuit and no contact with supply voltage
- 3If a fault is found, replace the signal cable
- 4With the cable intact, swap in a new door mirror as a test
- 5After the work, check that the mirror heating can be switched on and off
