The rear door control module powers the window lift for the rear window. It has registered that internal parts are not working, and then the electric window lift in that rear door does not work. The fault lies in the window motor.

- 1Check that the relevant fuses are intact
- 2Try the rear window from its switch to see whether it moves at all
- 3Check that the glass does not bind or is blocked by dirt in its guides
- 4Have a workshop check the window motor in the rear door, as the fault lies there
- 5After the work, check that the rear window works from its switch and that the fault code does not return
