The right rear window has lost its position information, so the automatic window operation stops for that window. The cause may be that initialization was never done, that the setting was lost after a voltage drop while the window lift was in use, or that the power to the control module was cut.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the control module in the rear door gets power: the fuses should be intact and the connections secure
- 2Try the automatic operation from the right rear door switch by pressing two steps up
- 3Move the window manually to its upper turning position
- 4A workshop should initialize the window position again
- 5Afterwards, check that the automatic operation works and that the fault code does not return
