Hva betyr feilkoden?
The passenger door module (PDM) handles communication with the camera on the passenger side over LIN, a standardised serial communication method. The module has registered an internal fault in that communication, which causes the code to be set.
Mulige årsaker
- A fault inside the camera in the passenger door
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Activate the blind spot system and check that the LEDs flash three times; then start the engine and check that the LED works
- 2Read the code, clear it and run a test drive. If the code does not come back, no further action is needed, as the fault may have been temporary
- 3Check that the connectors at the camera and the door module are secure and free from moisture and oxidation
- 4Check that the wire between the door module and the camera is intact and free from visible damage
- 5If the fault remains: have a workshop check the camera on the passenger side and replace it if needed
