Hva betyr feilkoden?
The telephone module (PHM) follows the microphone signal from the handset. The fault is stored when that signal is short-circuited to supply voltage or has an open circuit, which means the other party cannot hear you when you speak on the handset. The fault lies in the cable from the handset to the control module.
Mulige årsaker
- The microphone signal cable from the handset to the control module has an open circuit
- The microphone signal cable from the handset to the control module is short-circuited to supply voltage
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Start with the fuses in the fuse box. Their locations are shown in the owner's manual or on the cover of the box
- 2Look for breaks in the cable between the handset and the car, especially where it bends when the handset is hung up
- 3With a multimeter you can see whether the cable has contact with supply voltage (positive). If you are not used to electrical work, leave this to a workshop
- 4Clear the code and try the handset again. If the fault returns, a workshop should check the cable
