Hva betyr feilkoden?
The telephone module (PHM) and the head unit in the infotainment system exchange data over USB. The fault is stored when no data or audio communication takes place between them, even though the head unit is switched on and the picture shows on the screen. The fault comes from a software or hardware fault in the module.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the fuses in the fuse box. Their locations are shown in the owner's manual or on the cover of the box
- 2Check that the USB connector and the cable between the phone and the car's system are firmly seated and undamaged
- 3Clear the code and road test the car. If it returns, a workshop should read the telephone module with diagnostic equipment
- 4If the fault remains after this, the telephone module needs replacing, which a workshop does
