The tailgate control module (POT) receives a signal from the hydraulic pressure sensor when the system's pressure valve opens, and the signal is too high. The cause is that the sensor is short-circuited to voltage. The tailgate's functions may then be limited.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Clear the fault code and test drive the tailgate to see whether the fault returns
- 2Check that the fuses for the tailgate are intact
- 3Diagnostic tool: with ignition on, check the hall sensor status; active while the pump is off means a workshop should check the pump
- 4Check that the wiring harness between the control module and the hall sensor is intact and that the connector at the control module is firmly seated
- 5If the wiring harness is intact: have a workshop replace the control module and the hydraulic components
