Hva betyr feilkoden?
The fault code means no Hall pulses are registered from motor 3, which controls the rear edge height of the seat, even though the motor is activated. Automatic operation of the seat and the outer mirrors then does not work, and neither does the automatic front seat memory adjustment.
Mulige årsaker
- Damaged Hall sensor in motor 3
- Signal cable short-circuited to ground
- Broken wire on the signal line running to the Hall sensor
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the seat fuses are intact.
- 2Check that the connector to motor 3 is firmly seated and free from corrosion, and look for chafed wiring.
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to the Hall sensor is not short-circuited to ground and has no open circuit.
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: run motor 3 and check that the Hall sensor value changes in live data.
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop check the motor with its Hall sensor and the control module.
Symptomer du kan merke2
- Automatic operation of the seat and outer mirrors does not work
- The automatic memory adjustment of the front seat is not working
