Hva betyr feilkoden?
The power seat control module (PSM) has detected that the seat tilt up control has been held pressed for longer than allowed, which sets the code. The control may have jammed in the pressed position. The seat may then stop adjusting as normal.
Mulige årsaker
- The seat tilt up control has jammed in the pressed position
- Damaged control panel
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the seat fuses are intact; their locations are in the owner's manual or on the fuse chart
- 2Press the seat tilt up control in and release it; it should spring back freely. If it sticks or stays down, the control panel is the fault
- 3Test the seat with the control and check whether the seat moves up while the switch is held and stops when it is released
- 4If you have diagnostic equipment, read the control's status in live data and check that it returns to not-activated when the switch is released
- 5Check that the control panel is firmly fitted and not damaged, wet or dirty around the buttons
- 6Clear the code after the checks and road test the car. If it returns and the control still sticks, replace the control panel
Symptomer du kan merke3
- Reduced seat function
- Seat height adjustment does not work
- Front seat, power seat adjustment and folding do not work
