Hva betyr feilkoden?
While the alarm is activated, the module (REM) periodically tests the glass break loops in the rear side windows. If the module finds an open circuit in one of the loops, the fault code is stored, and the alarm can then trigger without a window having been broken.
Mulige årsaker
- A break in one of the glass break loops in a rear side window
- Contact resistance in the connections
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the connections at the glass breakage loops for oxidation and loose contacts
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the glass breakage loop in the relevant side window is complete, with no break
- 3If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the wiring and the rear electronic module (REM)
