The rear seat entertainment control unit (RSE) checks the signals on the CAN wires between itself and the screens. The code is set when it receives incorrect data from the left screen. The cause is a fault in the CAN wiring.

- 1Check that the fuses for the rear seat entertainment are intact
- 2With the ignition off, check that the connectors at the left screen and at the RSE are fully seated and free from oxidation
- 3With the negative battery lead disconnected, use a multimeter to check that the CAN wires to the left screen have no open circuit or short-circuit
- 4With diagnostic equipment and the engine running, read the RSE parameters and see whether the data from the left screen looks wrong
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the CAN wiring and the left screen
