The rear seat entertainment control unit (RSE) follows the CAN signal between itself and the screens. If the signal is missing or wrong, the code is set, and the cause is an open circuit in the CAN cable.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and clear the code, then road test the car to see whether it comes back
- 2Check that the fuses for the rear seat entertainment are intact
- 3With the negative battery lead disconnected, use a multimeter to check that the CAN cable is intact from the RSE to the screens
- 4Check that the connectors at the RSE and the screens are fully seated and free from oxidation
- 5Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment find where the break is
