Hva betyr feilkoden?
The steering wheel angle sensor has an internal fault. The sensor reads a code wheel that follows the steering wheel, and its signals should form a set pattern. If the pattern does not match, the code is set and the stability control function stops working. The sensor sits under the contact reel and is replaced together with it.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it returns
- 2Turn the steering wheel fully to the right, then fully to the left, and read the code again
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: check the counters for the fault status. Many incorrect driving cycles point to a recurring fault, and few to a temporary one
- 4If the fault returns, have a workshop replace the contact reel with the steering wheel angle sensor; if it still returns after that, have the steering wheel module (SWM) replaced
- 5Stability control stays blocked while the fault is present, so have a workshop repair it promptly
