The checksum of the working memory (RAM) in the steering wheel angle sensor control module does not match, so the module has registered an internal fault. The stability function is blocked while the fault is present.

- Fault inside the sensor control module
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it returns
- 2Turn the wheel fully right, then fully left, set it straight ahead and read the code again
- 3With diagnostic equipment, read the status counters: many incorrect driving cycles point to a recurring fault, few to a temporary one
- 4If the code returns, have a workshop replace the steering wheel module (SWM)
- 5The stability function stays blocked while the fault is present, so have a workshop repair it promptly
