According to the module, the ignition cable to the right-hand inflatable curtain has had too high a resistance for a longer time. This may be an open-circuit or contact resistance in the cable or connector, or an open-circuit in the curtain.
Mulige årsaker
- An open-circuit or contact resistance in the connector or the ignition cable between the module and the right-hand curtain
- An open-circuit in the right-hand curtain, so the igniter section reads too high a resistance
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read out and note the fault code, clear it, and test drive to see if it returns
- 2Have a workshop check the wiring and connectors to the right curtain for open-circuits and poor contact
- 3The workshop decides after the check whether the curtain needs replacing
- 4The curtain's connectors and wiring belong to the workshop; do not work on them yourself
