Hva betyr feilkoden?
The code applies to the voltage in the circuit to the right curtain airbag. The control module stores it when the voltage is too low, which is caused by a wire shorted to ground, or by short circuits and poor contact in the connections.
Mulige årsaker
- The wire is short-circuited to ground.
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connections.
- Short circuit in the connections.
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read out the fault code and clear it. If it comes back, the fault is still present.
- 2Have a workshop check the connectors at the control module and at the curtain airbag for loose contact and oxidation.
- 3Have a workshop check the wire to the right curtain airbag for a short circuit to ground in the vehicle body.
- 4If the fault is still present once the wiring has been checked, have a workshop replace the right curtain airbag.
- 5Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out the checks.
