Hva betyr feilkoden?
The supplemental restraint system module (SRS) measures the voltage in the circuit to the left front side impact sensor. The code is stored when the voltage is too high and the incorrect value has persisted for a while. The cause may be a wire shorted to supply voltage or a short circuit in the connections.
Mulige årsaker
- Wire short-circuited to supply voltage
- Short circuit in the connections
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it, and see whether it returns
- 2Have a workshop visually check the connections between the module and the side impact sensor, including contact resistance and oxidation
- 3Have a workshop check the wire for a short to voltage and repair what is found
- 4Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop check it
Symptomer du kan merke3
- The SRS warning light comes on or behaves abnormally
- An SRS warning message is shown
- A warning symbol and a text message are shown
