Hva betyr feilkoden?
The airbag control module (SRS) measures the voltage to the seat track position sensor for the passenger seat. The fault is stored when the voltage is too high, which can happen when a wire has come into contact with voltage. Poor contact or oxidation in the connections can also cause the fault.
Mulige årsaker
- Wire short-circuited to voltage
- Short circuit in the connections
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connections
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and see whether it comes back
- 2Have a workshop check the wire between the control module and the passenger seat track position sensor for a short to voltage
- 3Have a workshop inspect the joints running from the airbag module to the sensor, both by eye and for contact resistance and oxidation
- 4Have a workshop correct the fault after the check
- 5Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out the check and the repair
Symptomer du kan merke3
- Yellow warning symbol and text message in the display
- Red warning symbol and text message in the display
