Hva betyr feilkoden?
The airbag control module's configuration ID does not match the ID sent out by the central electronic module (CEM) on the CAN network, and the code is set. The control module may then shut itself off.
Mulige årsaker
- Incorrect configuration ID; the module was not built for this car, for example a used module with different software or hardware
- Open-circuit in the CAN wires running from this module to the central electronic module (CEM)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Erase the code with a diagnostic tool and see whether it returns
- 2Have a workshop confirm that the airbag control module is intended for this particular car
- 3Have a workshop check the CAN wiring to the central electronic module (CEM) for open-circuits
- 4If the fault remains after these checks, have a workshop load the latest software into the control module
- 5Do not work on the airbag system yourself; have a workshop carry out all wiring and control module checks
