Hva betyr feilkoden?
No signal reaches the voice coil in the right bass speaker, which means the signal wire is broken somewhere between the amplifier and the speaker. The right bass speaker can then stop producing sound.
Mulige årsaker
- Open circuit in the signal wire between the amplifier and the voice coil in the right bass speaker
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses for the audio system are intact
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire between the amplifier and the right bass speaker is continuous; a break shows up as no continuity
- 3Check the connectors at the amplifier and at the right bass speaker for loose, corroded or chafed wires
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: activate the right bass speaker and listen for any sound
- 5Read out and clear the code and test-drive to see whether it returns. Have a workshop check the amplifier if the fault remains
