The suspension control module (SUM) works out the temperature of the left rear damper solenoid from its resistance. If the temperature becomes too high the fault code is stored and Four-C is limited.
Mulige årsaker
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connectors
- Hard driving
- Damaged solenoid
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Avoid driving hard for long periods, as this heats up the damper solenoid
- 2Check that the connector at the left rear damper is firmly seated and not oxidised
- 3Read the fault status after a test drive to see whether the fault remains
- 4If the fault remains: have a workshop measure the solenoid resistance and replace the solenoid if needed
