Hva betyr feilkoden?
The code concerns the sensor that detects the shift lock position in the gear selector control module (GSM). It is set when the sensor is not activated after the selector is moved from P to R, or when it stays active for too long in D. The shift lock is controlled by a solenoid, and the link arm between the solenoid and the control module affects the sensor position.

- Internal fault in the gear selector control module (GSM)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1If you have a diagnostic tool: read the P position sensor status in live data while you move the selector from P to R and back, and check that the status changes.
- 2Press the brake pedal when you move the selector out of P, as the shift lock is then controlled by the solenoid.
- 3If the status does not change, have a workshop check that the link arm between the shift lock solenoid and the gear selector control module is correctly fitted.
- 4Keep the selector in each position for a few seconds when you test.
- 5If the link arm is correctly fitted but the sensor still does not work, a workshop needs to replace the gear selector control module (GSM).
