Hva betyr feilkoden?

Although the fault code is named short-circuit to ground, it applies when the drive circuit feeding the electromagnetic oil pump (EMOP) has too little voltage. The code is event controlled and does not indicate a fault in the control module; it is designed as information. The pump supplies the gearbox with the right pressure and flow while automatic engine start/stop is active.

Contact resistance, oxidation or poor contact at plugs and joints
Open circuit or short-circuit to ground in the cable
The electromagnetic oil pump (EMOP) is damaged
Internal fault inside the control module (TCM) of the gearbox or in the transmission's control system

Hva du kan gjøre

1Read and note the fault code, clear it and drive the car to see if it returns
2Have a workshop check the connectors and the cable to the oil pump for oxidation, loose connections and a short-circuit to ground
3Have a workshop replace the electromagnetic oil pump if it is damaged, or the control module if the fault cannot be found
