Hva betyr feilkoden?
Although the code is named low, it refers to an open circuit to pressure control solenoid E (SLB1). The solenoid then cannot regulate the system pressure in the transmission, which shows up in the gear changes and in the lock-up function.
Mulige årsaker
- Contact resistance in the connections
- Open circuit in the control signal wire or in the signal ground
- Solenoid SLB1 is not working
- Signal wire shorted to ground
- Fault inside the TCM itself
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2Check that the battery is in good condition and that the fuses are intact
- 3Check the transmission oil level and look for oil leaks
- 4If the fault returns, have a workshop check the wiring for open circuit and short to ground, and the solenoid, and replace the mechatronic unit if needed
