Hva betyr feilkoden?
The tow hitch control module (TRM) has a configuration ID that is not the same as the one the central electronic module (CEM) sends out on the CAN network. The cause may be a second-hand control module fitted, or an interrupted communication between the modules. Incorrect operation of the trailer lamps may follow.
Mulige årsaker
- Incorrect configuration ID, for example if the module is second-hand and has different software or hardware
- Break in the CAN wiring linking the tow hitch module with the CEM
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check whether the tow hitch control module is second-hand, and if so that it has the correct software for the car
- 2Have a workshop download the correct software to the tow hitch control module and reprogram it
- 3Check the connectors and wiring between the modules for breaks and damage
- 4Clear the code only once the work is done, and check that it does not return
