Hva betyr feilkoden?
The code concerns the signal for the general courtesy lighting, which controls the interior lighting in the roof. It is set when the signal supply is off while the control signal is high, or when the supply to the headlining interior light is on while the control signal is low. The cause is a short to ground or a break in the signal wire.
Mulige årsaker
- Open circuit or short to ground on the signal wire for the general courtesy lighting
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the connectors at the control module and the roof lamp are firmly seated and not corroded.
- 2Read off the code, clear it and check whether it returns.
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire is not broken and has no contact with ground (the bodywork).
- 4If a fault is found in the wire, replace it.
- 5If nothing is wrong, fit new bulbs in the roof lamp.
