Technical Description
DTC B0084 indicates a circuit malfunction or communication loss regarding the Third Row Center Impact Sensor (or designated peripheral satellite impact sensor). Modern satellite impact sensors utilize a 2-wire current-loop interface (such as PSI5 or PAS4) supplied with a regulated DC bias voltage (typically 5V to 11V) from the Restraint Control Module (RCM/ACU). The sensor transmits acceleration and status data by modulating loop current between low (quiescent ~10 mA) and high (~26 mA) levels. The RCM sets B0084 when it detects an out-of-range loop resistance, short to ground/voltage, open circuit, or corrupted asynchronous/synchronous digital bitstreams.
Possible Causes

2. Korrosion eller stiftglapp i krocksensorns kontaktstycke
