Vad betyder felkoden?
Trots att felkoden benämns för hög temperatur sätts den när signalen från det interna effektsteget till EGR-motorn är felaktig. Felkoden gäller EGR A-kretsen, och felet kan ligga i kontakterna, i den mekaniska ventilen eller i lägesgivaren.
Möjliga orsaker
- Kontaktresistans eller oxidation i kontaktstyckena
- Kärvande EGR-ventil
- Skadad lägesgivare
- Skadad EGR-ventil
Vad du kan göra
- 1Kontrollera att kontakterna till EGR-ventilen är fasta och fria från oxid
- 2Kontrollera att inloppssystemet inte läcker och att EGR-ventilens anslutningar inte är igensatta av sot
- 3Rengör EGR-ventilen från smuts och sot om den är igensatt
- 4Mät med en multimeter att ledningarna till EGR-motorn inte har kontakt med spänning eller jord
- 5Har du ett diagnosverktyg: läs av lägesgivarens värde och se att det ändras när EGR-ventilen aktiveras
- 6Om felet kvarstår: låt en verkstad kontrollera EGR-ventilen och dess styrning
