Vad betyder felkoden?
Felkoden gäller signalen från EGR-ventilens lägesgivare. Motorstyrenheten (ECM) övervakar givarens signal och sätter felkoden när den är för låg eller när PWM-signalen är felaktig. Felet kan ligga i givaren, i ventilen eller i ledningarna mellan dem.
Möjliga orsaker
- Glappkontakt, kontaktresistans eller oxidation i anslutningarna
- Signalledningen kortsluten mot jord
- Avbrott i ledningen till EGR-ventilen eller lägesgivaren
- Skadad lägesgivare eller skadad EGR-ventil
- EGR-ventilen kärvar, till exempel av smuts eller sot
Vad du kan göra
- 1Starta motorn och läs av felstatus med ett diagnosverktyg, om du har ett sådant
- 2Kontrollera inloppssystemet efter läckage och skador
- 3Rengör EGR-ventilen från smuts och sot om den är igensatt
- 4Kontrollera ledningarna till EGR-ventilen och lägesgivaren med en multimeter efter avbrott och kortslutning mot jord
- 5Kontrollera att kontakterna vid EGR-ventilen och lägesgivaren sitter fast och inte är oxiderade
- 6Om felet kvarstår: låt en verkstad felsöka lägesgivaren och EGR-ventilen
