Vad betyder felkoden?
Felkoden sätts när signalen från EGR-ventilens lägesgivare är för hög, eller när PWM-signalen är felaktig. Felet kan gälla ledningar, kontakter, lägesgivaren eller EGR-ventilen själv.
Möjliga orsaker
- Signalledningen, eller ledningen till EGR-ventilen eller lägesgivaren, kortsluten mot spänning
- Kärvande EGR-ventil
- Glappkontakt, kontaktresistans eller oxidation i anslutningarna
- Avbrott i ledningen till EGR-ventilen eller lägesgivaren
- Skadad lägesgivare eller skadad EGR-ventil
Vad du kan göra
- 1Läs av felstatus med diagnosverktyg om du har ett sådant, och se om felet är aktivt efter att motorn startats
- 2Kontrollera kontakterna till lägesgivaren och EGR-ventilen efter glapp och oxidation
- 3Mät med en multimeter att ledningarna till EGR-ventilen inte är kortslutna mot spänning eller har avbrott
- 4Kontrollera att EGR-ventilen inte kärvar av smuts eller sot
- 5Kontrollera att inloppssystemet inte läcker och att EGR-ventilen inte är blockerad
- 6Om felet kvarstår: låt en verkstad kontrollera lägesgivaren och EGR-ventilen

- Textmeddelande och varningssymbol visas i displayen
