Vad betyder felkoden?
Motorstyrenheten (ECM) kontrollerar tätheten i bränslesystemet genom att trycksätta tanksystemet med läckagediagnosenheten. Felkoden sätts när trycket inte byggs upp inom rimlig tid, vilket tolkas som ett litet läckage i systemet.
Möjliga orsaker
- Läckage i tanken, påfyllningsröret, tanklocket, kanistern, EVAP-ventilen eller i ledningarna mellan dem
- Tanklocket är inte korrekt åtdraget
Vad du kan göra
- 1Kontrollera att tanklocket sitter på plats och är ordentligt åtdraget
- 2Har du ett diagnosverktyg: starta snabbtestet av tanksystemet med tändningen på och följ de instruktioner som visas
- 3Titta efter läckage vid tanklocket, påfyllningsröret och slangarna till kanistern
- 4Kontrollera att kanistern och EVAP-ventilen inte är skadade
- 5För årsmodell 2007–2008 bör en verkstad kontrollera styrenhetens mjukvara innan läckagefelsökningen

- Miljölampan (felindikatorlampan) är tänd
- Felindikatorlampan (Check engine) tänds eller beter sig onormalt
