Vad betyder felkoden?
Koden anger att signalledningen till EGR-ventilen är kortsluten mot jord. Motorstyrenheten (ECM) övervakar signalen från sitt interna effektsteg till EGR-motorn och testar den när motorn går. Orsakerna är kontaktproblem, en skadad lägesgivare eller en skadad EGR-ventil.
Möjliga orsaker
- Kontaktresistans eller oxidation i kontakterna
- Signalledningen kortsluten mot jord
- Skadad lägesgivare
- Skadad EGR-ventil
Vad du kan göra
- 1Med tändningen avslagen, undersök inloppssystemet efter läckage och skador
- 2Se till att EGR-ventilen är fri från blockeringar och sot, och rengör den vid behov
- 3Mät med en multimeter att signalledningen inte är kortsluten mot jord. Kontrollera också att den inte är kortsluten mot spänning eller mot andra ledningar
- 4Kontrollera kontakterna till EGR-ventilen för kontaktresistans och oxidation, och åtgärda vid behov
- 5Har du ett diagnosverktyg: aktivera EGR-ventilen och se om den rör sig fritt, samt om lägesgivarens värde följer med
- 6Byt en skadad EGR-ventil, låt en verkstad adaptera den och radera felkoden. Provkör därefter
