Vad betyder felkoden?
Motorstyrenheten (ECM) tar emot information om bilens konfiguration från central elektronikstyrenheten (CEM) via CAN. Koden sätts när signalen saknas eller är felaktig, eller när konfigurationen från CEM inte är samma som den som lagrats i ECM. Koden kan bero på att en styrenhet från ett annat fordon har monterats.
Möjliga orsaker
- Central elektronikstyrenheten (CEM) är inte avsedd för bilen, till exempel en begagnad styrenhet med annan mjukvara eller hårdvara
- En styrenhet från ett annat fordon har monterats
- Fel i central elektronikstyrenheten (CEM)
- Motorstyrenheten (ECM) är inte avsedd för bilen, till exempel en begagnad styrenhet med annan mjukvara eller hårdvara
Vad du kan göra
- 1Berätta för verkstaden om en begagnad styrenhet eller en styrenhet från ett annat fordon har monterats. Styrenheterna måste vara avsedda för bilen.
- 2Läs av felkoderna i central elektronikstyrenheten (CEM) och åtgärda dem där först. Byt inte CEM vid CAN-fel om inte felsökningen visar ett internt fel.
- 3Kontrollera att kontakterna i CAN-nätet sitter fast och är rena. Vicka lätt på ledningar och kontakter för att se om felet uppträder.
- 4Låt en verkstad med diagnosutrustning kontrollera konfigurationen i CEM och motorstyrenheten, eftersom det krävs verktyg.
