The accessory electronic module (AEM) is getting too low a voltage on its permanent battery supply. The AEM controls factory and retrofitted accessories, and without a stable supply the accessories connected to it stop working.

Blown fuse for the accessory module supply
Open circuit or short to ground in the supply wire
Poor contact, corrosion or a damaged connector at the module
