Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
On the V60, the brake control module (BCM) has received too high a signal from the pressure and temperature sensor for the brake booster control pressure. The sensor sends two signals, one pressure and one pressure with temperature, and when the pressure does not match the requested brake pressure, the assist functions can be affected.
Mögliche Ursachen
- Air bubbles in the brake fluid
- Damaged connector to the brake pedal angle sensor
- Damaged brake pedal angle sensor
- Damaged vacuum pressure sensor
- Damaged pressure and temperature sensor
Was Sie tun können
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2Make sure there are no air bubbles in the brake fluid
- 3Look for damage in the wiring and connectors at the brake pedal angle sensor, the vacuum sensor and the pressure sensor
- 4Check the sensors with diagnostic equipment and replace any that are damaged
- 5The braking system is safety critical: do not work on the brake booster or sensors yourself; leave this to a workshop
