Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The CEM monitors the hazard warning button and registers that it is too low. The cause may be a short to ground in the circuit to the button, or an overheated button. The hazard flashers do not work while the fault is present.
Mögliche Ursachen
- The circuit to the hazard warning switch is shorted to ground
- The hazard warning switch has overheated
Was Sie tun können
- 1Turn on the hazard flashers and see whether the button works. If it does not, overheating may be the reason; let the button cool and check again
- 2With the ignition off, use a multimeter to check that the wire from the button has no contact with ground (the body)
- 3Look for chafing and pinched spots in the wiring to the button
- 4If the fault returns, have a workshop check the circuit
Symptome, die Sie bemerken können1
