Hall sensor 9 has not reached the expected position within a set time after the roof started to move. The expected position depends on the movement the roof is to make. The fault can be caused by a damaged or displaced sensor, or by something mechanical blocking the roof.

1If fault code CRM-C032 is stored, deal with it first, as this code is not detected while it is present
2Read out and clear the fault code, then test the roof and see whether the fault returns
3Check that hall sensor 9 is firmly fixed and that the connector is clean and free from loose connections
4If you have a diagnostic tool, follow hall sensor 9 in live data while the roof runs and check that its status changes
5If the fault remains after these checks, a workshop should replace hall sensor 9
