Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The control module registers an open circuit in the signal to the power door mirror motor for right or left sideways movement, which is detected when the function is used. Door mirror control then does not function.
Mögliche Ursachen
- Open circuit in the signal cable for sideways mirror movement
- Blown fuse
Was Sie tun können
- 1Read out and note the fault code, clear it, then check with ignition on that the mirror can be adjusted sideways
- 2Check the power door mirror fuse in the fuse box and replace it if it is blown
- 3With ignition off, use a multimeter to check that the signal cable is not broken. Replace the cable if it is open
- 4Check the connector at the mirror for oxidation and loose contacts
- 5If no fault is found, have a workshop try a new power door mirror
