Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The Hall sensors in the rear door window lifts measure how fast each lift moves, which is used to know where the window is. The driver or passenger door module supplies the sensor, and the fault is stored when the signal from the output is too low, which is caused by the supply wire having contact with ground. The automatic functions for the window then cannot be used.

- The supply wire is short-circuited to ground

- 1Check that the fuses are intact
- 2Test the rear door window up and down with the switch and check that it moves smoothly
- 3Inspect the connector and the cable to the rear window lift for moisture, oxidation and chafing
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the supply wire to the Hall sensor has no contact with ground
- 5Read and clear the code and check whether it returns
- 6If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the Hall sensor and the control module
