Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The ECM monitors the signal to the swirl flap motor. If it finds that the signal is faulty, for example because of a break in the wiring, fault code ECM-1820 is set.

- Break in the signal wires
Was Sie tun können
- 1Switch off the ignition and check the swirl flap motor connectors for play, contact resistance and oxidation
- 2With a multimeter, check that the signal wires to the swirl flap motor have no break
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: activate the swirl flap motor. If a ticking sound is heard when it is activated, the motor is working
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the wiring and the swirl flap motor
